InTouch is a non-profit social group that aims to help English-speaking people and their families to make friends and settle into life in Rotterdam. We are a social network and we hold regular events and can help each other with practical information. You can find us on facebook to connect to our community.

" A happy and proud moment; Fleur Duggan is making it official, signing the papers at the Notary office from social club to a non-profit organisation (stichting)"

Did you know that InTouch Expats Rotterdam has been around for over 15 years? Set up and run by expat mums and their families. We wanted to recognise all the hard work that has been put in this community by all the previous coordinators and other volunteers and make InTouch a sustainable organisation that will contribute to the home-away-from home feeling. A network of like-minded families not just online but especially offline.

Whilst many of our members are from the expat community, we also welcome members who are married to Dutch nationals and are permanent residents in the Netherlands.  Apart from our weekly Stay & Play group,(formally known as Mums & Tots) we hold regular coffee mornings (with or without children) and we are starting with informal Dutch lessons soon.

From June 2014, we have been organising Children’s English Story Time (read by native speakers) at the Rotterdam Central Library (once a month to start with, we are getting other language groups together: German, French & Spanish) You can find all our activities in our online calendar.
